Patients with a requisition form from their member clinic doctor are welcome at any time for outpatient diagnostic procedures. At the hospital animals are seen according to the urgency of their condition, so occasionally patients may have a brief wait for their procedure.

The following times are least likely to encounter a delay when coming to the hospital for outpatient procedures:
 
Weekdays
10am – 4pm
Weekends
9am – 11:00am

At other times, clients are encouraged to call the hospital immediately prior to their planned visit and inquire if there is an expected wait.
